The Woodland Reserve HOA has an elected Board of Directors of 9 members - 3 with a three year term, 3 with a two year term and 3 with a one year term. This rotation ensures the board maintains experienced directors. The Board meets monthly to discuss HOA business.

Woodland Reserve Safety & Security Awareness Committee
The committee’s purpose is promoting the safety and security awareness of families and homeowners, as well as visitors in the Woodland Reserve community. This committee reports periodically to the Woodland Reserve Board of Directors. Committee members are shown on the Woodland Reserve website under “Committees”.
The committee was formed in August 2020 to discuss what types of topics should be major themes which it would focus upon on, as well as allowing other topics to come up from homeowners as time goes on. Those focus areas are:
- Vehicle traffic safety through the neighborhood
- Communication with community
- Safeguarding homes from vandalism/theft
- Use of technology to monitor for problems/and to aid in security
- General Safety
The committee also manages the “WR Safety & Security Awareness” Group on NextDoor Neighbor by periodically publishing best practices as well as updates on safety & security awareness issues in our community. Homeowners are encouraged to share their community safety and security concerns here, as well as any best practices they think other homeowners might use. On NextDoor, you can go to the Group page by finding it on the left navigation bar, or by clicking on
