Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations
The Woodland Reserve swimming pool is not staffed by pool attendants or lifeguards
ALL MEMBERS & GUESTS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK
Keep the pool gate closed at all times and do not allow anyone into the pool area for which you are not responsible.
The following rules have been adopted to assure that each members’ rights to use all amenities are protected:
- The swimming pool is open from 10AM to 10PM.
- The pool is to be used by Woodland Reserve members and their guests only.
Guests must be accompanied by a member. Four (4) guests are allowed per household. - Children 14 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
- An official association representative shall at all times have the right to ask all visitors to leave the pool if in his/her opinion it becomes unsafe for swimming.
- All homeowners and guests must deposit cans, paper and other debris in the trashcans provided when leaving the pool area.
- The pool may not be used for private parties, other than association-sponsored events.
Health Rules:
- Pool attendance is limited to 40 persons at any one time, while also observing social distancing.
- Persons having fever, colds, communicable or skin diseases are not permitted in the pool area.
- Unsanitary habits will not be tolerated.
- No smoking or vaping in fenced pool area.
- Proper swim attire is required.
- No gum chewing in the pool area.
Safety Rules:
- Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- No animals allowed.
- Be considerate--no yelling or other loud noises.
- No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay.
- The use of water balloons is prohibited.
